Finance Business Partner

Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted Finance Business Partner to senior business stakeholders across international structures
• Provide financial insight and analysis supporting strategic and operational initiatives
• Deliver monthly performance reviews, highlighting key variances, risks, and opportunities
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes in close cooperation with FP&A
• Prepare financial models, scenarios, and business cases to support commercial decisions
• Translate KPIs and management information into clear, actionable insights
• Identify financial and operational risks and actively support mitigation actions
• Ensure consistency between management reporting and statutory reporting in cooperation with accounting teams
• Lead and develop a Finance Analyst, ensuring high-quality output and professional growth
• Contribute to finance transformation and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, or commercial finance within a medium or large organization
• Strong financial and commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into business insights
• Proven experience in performance management, planning, and financial analysis
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Confidence to support and constructively challenge senior management
• Experience in a multi-market or matrix environment is an advantage
• Fluency in both English and Polish (written and spoken)
